Puppy Vs Dog + Mum's nose

MUM'S nose is healing up well now. The worst part of the experience she says, was not being able to wash her hair in the shower, as she couldn't get the dressings wet. She's past it now and on the mend.

A bit of an update on the dog situation. We are currently looking through the R.S.P.C.A at getting another, as Chase needs a companion and we'd love another tail wagging around the place.
We looked at a Maltese cross named Bruno the other day but it didn't suit us and Chase didn't think much of it either. Hopefully Little Bruno will find a loving family shortly.

After spending some time thinking about another dog, I devise getting a puppy would be the best option for everyone. Knowing it's history, having some control in bringing it into adulthood and stopping bad habits from taking charge. Well see I guess...

3am... just entering giveaways

NOT working is not as good as it sounds. It's no holiday!!!


It's a frustrating carousel of not having enough money to pay bills, selling treasured items to keep existing and your confidence weaning just a little more each day.


So I've started Christmas shopping via the blogs. 
I'm going to try and win something for my Nephew, he'll be 18 months old then.
I'm going to try and win something for my Mum, she loves frogs.
I'm going to try and win something for my Dad, he's a nightmare to buy for so this may be an impossible one to find.
I'm going to try and win something for my Dog, he should be the easiest.


I've tried the handmade with love thing before and it's just not appreciated enough for me to go thru that again.


So wish me luck on this endeavour, I think I'm going to need it...

Sad night tonight

I'VE just heard my Sis-in-law's Grandfather has passed away today. Sending all my love and sympathies to the Turton family <3 <3

Bad bad bad day

MUM had surgery today, she had a Melanoma removed from her nose. I don't know what it was about today but the stress of worrying about her made me physically ill and gave me a whopper of a headache.

She's home now and doing fine besides a little bleeding and tenderness and I'm starting to feel a little better too. Tomorrow, fingers crossed, we'll all be half normal again XOXO
